About Us...
Diversified eCommerce Associates was founded by Brian Bewley in 1994. Mr. Bewley had served as a network, development & security consultant for multiple system integrators and VARs for nearly ten years prior to forming the company. At that time, he was beginning a new job as Systems Manager for Banc One Mortgage Corporation and only formed the company at the request of a previous client who wanted to continue utilizing his services. The working relationship that developed led to the concept that drives Diversified eCommerce Associates today...

Nights & Weekends, No Problem!!
While working for various technical consulting firms, Mr. Bewley spent many hours working for clients in the off hours; times when you could take a network apart, or test new applications without fear of interrupting normal daily business. For these times, his employers would charge clients a hefty premium for non-standard working hours. When Diversified eCommerce Associates was formed, all of his work had to be in the off hours due to holding a normal daytime job. The difference was, no premiums for late night or weekend hours. The clients got what they wanted without paying an outlandish price.

Building the Team...
Since that time, Diversified eCommerce Associates has built a team of dedicated and experienced consultants, many of whom hold fulltime jobs outside of the company. Most work as independent contractors who do not rely on Diversified eCommerce for benefits. This allows us to keep our rates low, while providing some of the best technical talent available.

No Affiliations
Unlike most other technical firms, Diversified eCommerce Associates is not affiliated, or "partnered" with any hardware or software vendor. We believe that any project deserves to have its requirements fulfilled by the best solution possible, not the solution provided by our "partner". For this reason, we plan and develop solutions based on tools, hardware and platforms from many vendors, carefully selecting the best for each job.
